This is a multinational conference that will bring together Civil Affairs, Irregular Warfare, Peacekeeping, and IO/NGO along with Foundations representing US$1T a year in charitable giving relevant to eradication of the ten high-level threats to humanity and the Earth.

Participants in the aggregate will comprise the new Earth Intelligence Council and Transpartisan Policy Council, and will enjoy privileged access to tailored decision-support at no cost.
