- Most hotels in this area do not charge extra for companions sharing the room.
- Most of the recommended hotels are within less than a mile of two of the greatest shopping malls in the entire regions, Tysons I and Tysons II.
- Shuttles to the METRO are easily available from most hotels and definitely available from the McLean Hilton.
- Companions are welcome to attend the receptions at no additonal cost to the participant.
