We are seeking volunteers to be trained and to act as Volunteer Intelligence Officer (VIO) for any given entityt, with the intent of rapidly replicating what we do at the global level, down at the state level and then at the county and municipality level.
This is international in scope and infinitely scalable as there is no limit when volunteers use the Internet to create public intelligence in the public interest.
We are working with Amazon to combine the authors on any given topic (e.g. poverty) into Expert Intelligence Officers, and the readers on any given topic (e.g. poverty) into Public Information Officers (PIO)
Those who are now blogging, e.g. on Darfur, may wish to consider this more structured approach. Ideally one should be in and from the place for which they are assuming responsibility as a volunteer Intelligence, but this is not essential. Eventually, as multiple volunteers are available to cover a specific place or topic, they will be self-organized as are the open source software pioneers for LINUX.
Shortly direct uploading of information will be possible here. In the interim, express your interest by signing up for the weekly report, and in your email, say "VOLUNTEER TO BE (SIO or PIO or LIO) for (PROVINCE, STATE, DISTRICT, COUNTY, CITY, MUNICIPALITY, TRIBE).
Volunteers receive a complete waiver of the conference fee and become part of an email tutorial network.
Next year we plan a full day's training for volunteers, and full payment of travel expenses, contingent on 501c3 status and commensurate contributions from foundations.
You can also begin making a difference immediately by becoming active on Amazon and its new discussion groups focused on topics such as poverty.
The fastest way to restore the Constitution and the sovereign power of We the People is to take back the power over all information pertinent to public policy in the public interest.
