Food for the Future

In honor of Frances Lappe Moore and her Earth-changng Diet for a Small Planet, her daughters, Anna Lappe and Bryant Terry, have accepted a commission to specify five live-changing menus, one for each of the five major regions. The photos and menus will be posted here in early October after the hotel chef validates and accepts the recipes and we taste them in a trial meal.
