Conference Concept

No Event Will Take Place 17-19 December 2007

The conference has been fully funded by OSS, but the time is clearly not right despite our expectations of some innovative support.  We have paid the hotel $25,000 in cancellation fees, and strongly recommend the Hyatt Fair Lakes.  These are decent people who tried hard to accomodate the various changes as we reacted to the year's developments.

We know we have a solution that DoD could implement responsibly and inexpensively, and if and when DoD gets around to recognizing at the highest levels, we will be glad to reiterate our commitment to delivering the 96% to the high side provided that Civil Affairs owns the original and is never used as cover by spies of any sort.

Similarly, the United Nations, the Foundations, even the Asset Management firms, are all swirling around something called "swarm intelligence" or collective intelligence.  We were twenty years ahead of the bureaucracy on Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), we learned Multinational Multiagency, Multidisciplinary Multidomain Information Sharing (M4IS) from our Swedish military colleagues, and now we are again 20 years ahead of the bureaucracy in understanding swarm and collective intelligence as well as--something we learned from Bioneers--the importance of biomimicry, green chemistry, sustainable design, and re-use.

The US Government budget as it is now being obligated is lunatic.  There is no other word for it.  We can do better.
