LAW ENFORCEMENT INTELLIGENCE: Mosques as Targets--and Jewish "Sayanim" as Traitors in Being

OSS Comment: The London Metropolitan Police (Scotland Yard) are finally taking "MosqInt" seriously. A story today highlights a raid. We would point out that Yossef Bodansky is about ten years ahead of everyone else in MOSQINT, and that if the UK were smart, it would fund him to manage a one-day seminar for Interpol on Mosque sources & insights--in fact, we will invite Yossef tomorrow to join OSS '03 to do precisely this. In fairness and balance, we must point out that the Scotland Yard, the FBI, and all other counterintelligence agencies have spend decades turning a blind eye to Jewish citizens called "Sayanim" who provide direct operational intelligence support to the Mossad, in betrayal of their oaths of loyalty to their adopted countries or their employers. Governments may not take this threat seriously, but if businesses are wise they will immediately begin to address religious penetrations (including Opus Dei) as potential threats to the integrity of their operations.

EXTRACT: Armed police today raided the North London Central Mosque in Finsbury Park, where radical cleric Abu Hamza is based, in an operation linked to the discovery of traces of the deadly poison ricin earlier this month. Seven people were arrested under the Terrorism Act 2000 and were taken to a central London police station. It was not clear whether Egyptian-born Hamza, aged 45, was among those arrested. The cleric, who lost both hands and an eye while fighting in Afghanistan against the Soviet occupation, has become one of the most controversial Muslim figures in Britain. ... A Scotland Yard spokesman said the operation was "pre-planned and intelligence-led. The Metropolitan Police is aware of the sensitivity of such an operation but evidence gathered during recent counter-terrorist investigations in London and elsewhere has uncovered links between the premises and suspected terrorist activity.
