That will keep our humble site from being swamped. If you think this public offering has merit, please pass it on and spread the word. The coolest online part is the annotated bibliography with direct links to over 500 books relevant to evaluating the fatal implosion of Wall Street, the two parties, Congress, and the White House. PRINT OPTIONS: Any reputable printer can do this book for $30 instead of $60, and if you can get 10 or more to ask for it at the same time, as low as $20. Printing instructions: Laser two sided color except first and last two pages, do those on cover stock 100 weight. Use #10 wire binding, NOT #12. That will give you a really nice high-end letter size book that is easy to read and great to share. If they won't give you the decent price, take your business elsewhere, there are plenty of local printers that would love to be reasonable. FOR INFORMATION: FedExKinko refused a nation-wide deal to offer it for $20 with just $1 to EIN as the license fee. It is not clear whether the CEO actually got the offer, If your local FedExKinko won't cut an honest deal, take your business to another printer and consider switching permanently. What we learned from this is that they have too many lawyers and have beaten the creativity out of their national sales center. 1.4 adds new guest preface and Paradigms of Failure 1.3 adds three guest prefaces 1.2 typos fixed, inside front stabilized for Kindle upload 1.1 all links enabled (known word to pdf issue, we think fixed) |
